OUR REPROGENESIS CLINIC HAS BEEN RECOGNISED WITH AN AWARD FOR AN EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE BY HEALTHCARE SEARCH ENGINE WHATCLINIC, BASED ON FEEDBACK BY CUSTOMERS OVER A TWELVE MONTH PERIOD.
The award is based on feedback from patients, and combines scores for excellent customer service and timely consumer feedback. Customers rated clinics based on how well the clinic treated them, how quickly they were contacted and seen, and how happy they were with the treatment.
We in ReproGenesis understand fully that infertility treatment involves trust, quality and satisfaction. We offer all those and do our very best to make clients´experience as stress-free and comfortable as we can. What’s important to us is each patient personal story. And we walk hand in hand with couples to fulfil their dream of becoming parents.
